We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading a team of five within a fast-paced, professional environment. The Opportunity This role will see you taking full ownership of team performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved while maintaining exceptional operational and customer service standards. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring and developing your team, creating a positive and high-accountability culture.
