Install, configure, and support audio visual and conference system projects while collaborating with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead the installation, configuration, and support of audio visual and conference system projects to meet client specifications and project goals
* Engage with customers to accurately capture technical requirements and define project scope for effective solution delivery
* Deliver technical support through systematic testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure system functionality and reliability
* Contribute to pre-sales activities by conducting system demonstrations that showcase capabilities and support client decision-making
* Develop clear technical documentation and prepare basic project reports to communicate project progress and outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual, Engineering, IT, or related fields
* Experience in AV system integration or conference systems
* Familiarity with audio, video, and control systems, including on-site installation work
* Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
* Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
