Main Responsibilities
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
* Assess and identify vulnerabilities, and work proactively to minimise risk.
* Liaise with management and local authorities where applicable.
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress.
* Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with company policy.
* Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones for daily activity planning.
* Provide detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.
* Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Provide a full 5‑year checkable work or education history.
* If selected, bring right‑to‑work documents and a recent proof of address.
