Shift Maintenance Manager - FMCG Manufacturer
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £60,000 + Pension + Bens
Shift Pattern: Week 1: Mon days, Tue Days, Wed nights, Thu nights; Fri–Sun off. Week 2: Mon–Tue off; Wed–Thu days; Fri–Sun nights. Week 3: Mon–Thu off; Fri–Sun days. Week 4: Mon–Tue nights; Wed–Sun off. Then back to Week 1.

The Company: An excellent opportunity with one of the country’s leading food manufacturers, a growing and supportive organisation. A well established, truly British manufacturer and market leader within its field of specialism, seeking to expand its engineering team due to increased growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a shift engineering team of around 40 multiskilled engineers.
* Plan and execute engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximise machine efficiencies on fast-moving packaging lines.
* Coordinate preventative maintenance tasks and work within a high-speed automated factory environment (mechanical or electrical background).
* Utilise SAP PPM system to monitor day-to-day KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide strong people management and leadership on the shop floor.
Qualifications
* Apprentice Trained Engineer.
* Experience of FMCG production.
* Supervisory or managerial experience.
* Mechanical or electrical background with hands-on experience in a high-speed automated environment.
