Role Overview
M4 Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable B5 Plumber to join our team at St Bernards. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical work activities
2. Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on:
* Mechanical and heating systems
* Hot and cold water plant, equipment, and services
3. Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests
4. Complete minor new installation works
5. Carry out weekly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) dockets
6. Escort contractors during inspections and installation works
