1. Job Title: Scheduler

4. Hours: Monday to Friday to 5pm
5. Salary: up to £30,000 pa DOE

Responsibilities:
7. Monitor and track all task deadlines are met within set timeframes
8. Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
9. Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
10. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
11. Maintain and update databases.
12. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping
Qualifications
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and meet targets.
13. Previous experience in a scheduling role - ESSENTIAL
14. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
16. Proficient in using MS office software and applications (Word, Excel).
17. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
18. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
