Senior Field IT Support Engineer As a Senior Field IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. You will be supporing multiple sites locally to Harlow. You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems. Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. Experience of field support across multi-sites. 1st, 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential. Experience in supporting key stakeholders Experience in budgeting Team leadership experience (ideally) A valid UK Driving License.
