Finance Manager
The Finance Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the company's accounting department. They are responsible for providing management with information on the company's financial statements. The Finance Manager develops and maintains accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. They should also validate that internal controls are operational and prepare the balance sheet.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and supervise general accounting activities.
2. Collect, verify, and synthesize the company's accounting data.
3. Ensure the production of reliable results within set deadlines and according to group standards.
4. Supervise the justification of general accounting accounts and prepare all tax returns.
5. Participate in the group budgeting process.
6. Plan, coordinate, and supervise company accounting and tax year-end closings.
7. Implement accounting procedures and manage accounting dashboards for the group.
8. Validate group internal controls.
9. Prepare and supervise sub-ledger accounting.
10. Monitor invoicing operations and validate sales figures.
11. Assist in and prepare for external year-end audits.

Training Requirements:
Part-qualified (QBE) accountant with proven work experience in a similar role.
IT Tools:
Intermediate Excel skills with data manipulation; experience with SAP is a plus.
