Job Title: Clinical Senior Care Assistant

Salary/Rate: £18,158.40 per year
We are looking for a committed Clinical Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Orrell, Greater Manchester. This nursing home provides quality care to its residents and a full range of care for residential and nursing needs for both long‑term and respite periods.
To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Responsibilities
* Manage the care team within the Home.
* Ensure that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents.
* Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise staff.
* Instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and well‑organised.
* Team player, but able to work on your own initiative.
* Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
* Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly.
