Your Role
Our Intelligent Process & Performance (IPP) team is at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. You will work across sectors, shaping your career towards a specific capability set or sector as you progress within the organisation.
In IPP, you will:
* Lead Project Engagements
* Enable sales through origination, market making and sell‑on
* Aid the management of the IPP capability
* Lead RFPs and proposals
* Construct standard and bespoke deals
* Provide architectural oversight for automation solutions
You will operate as a Director in the Automation squad, expected to originate and lead new/existing automation engagements, drive sales, expand accounts, develop new accounts, manage bookings and deliverables. Leaning on technical acumen and wider strategy experience, you will act as a trusted adviser to client(s). You will also engage Partners & Vendors through sales leads, commercial frameworks and legal agreements.
IPP is run like a startup—promoting entrepreneurship, curiosity and co‑creation. You will shape the impact you have, choose expertise to build, and learn core consulting skills to excel before any client.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Business Development – leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, hosting at events.
* Internal contribution – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, offering development.
* Learning & development – training to support career development, certifications.
Your Profile
* Demonstrated origination, market making, account creation and sell‑on
* Personal sales of £2m+
* UK Security clearance
* Relationship building & networking
* Experience in bid writing
* Experience throughout sales and delivery cycle
* Account revenue and booking management
* Deal structuring (standard & bespoke)
* Develop G2M packs for C‑suite and solution architecture
* Experience with IDP, NLP, ML, GenAI, Workflow & RPA
* Comfortable with on‑prem and cloud architecture
* Ability to assess client automation maturity
* Awareness of DSIT AI Ethics legislation & automation in sustainability
* Inter‑partner working to develop propositions with stakeholders, partners & vendors
Optional: Required certifications, licences or languages
* Consulting background, proven ability in a matrixed organisation, and enlist support from peers
* Proposition building & delivery experience
* Azure or AWS Practitioner certification
* Business development: generating ~£2m consulting revenues as a Director
