This is a newly created Senior Quantity Surveyor role, not a replacement giving you the chance to shape commercial processes, influence project planning, and play a key role in a growing Construction function. The Role Senior Quantity Surveyor As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll take ownership of the commercial and financial management of projects from early planning through to completion. Youll work closely with engineering, project delivery and senior leadership teams to ensure strong cost control, contract management and margin protection across complex projects. 70% office-based 30% international travel across EMEA Key Responsibilities Commercial Management Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts Monitor project costs and commercial performance Identify risks and protect margins Contract & Change Management Manage contracts, variations, claims and change orders Ensure all changes are commercially justified and controlled Tendering & Procurement Support tender preparation and contractor selection Evaluate subcontractor and supplier submissions Project Planning Support Provide commercial input at early project stages Work with engineering teams to ensure cost-effective delivery Site & Stakeholder Engagement Travel to project sites across EMEA Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders About You Senior Quantity Surveyor Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable operating within complex engineering, construction or infrastructure environments.
