Responsibilities
* Interview customers in your designated catchment area, building rapport and turning conversations into commissions.
* Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads.
* Treat your area as your own business, taking full ownership of performance.
* Work full‑time 37.5 hours per week, typically in 12:00 pm–8:00 pm shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work 12:00 pm–8:00 pm shifts.
* Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
* Resilient, motivated, target‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude and a hunger to earn.
* Live within the designated catchment area to qualify for the role.
Training & Hours
* Two weeks full‑time training (Mon‑Fri, 9:00 am–5:00 pm).
* Hands‑on learning and ongoing support from peers on the job.
* Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week; typical shifts 12:00 pm–8:00 pm.
