We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join Tructyre and drive our brand forward. As a key part of our marketing team, you’ll manage the full campaign lifecycle, from email automation to agency-led social media and PR.

Key Responsibilities as a Contracts & Insurance Administrator
* Plan and execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns in line with category strategy.
* Manage the full HubSpot lifecycle, including automated welcome, retention, and win-back email flows.
* Create and schedule engaging content across website blogs, PR, and social media channels.
* Build targeted campaign audiences using customer sales data and market insights.
* Develop a library of supplier materials and customer testimonials to support sales growth and Mastercare+ conversions.
* Brief and manage external agencies to ensure all design and social media collateral meets brand guidelines.
* Maintain the Tructyre website with high-impact messaging, SEO optimization, and educational content.
* Drive website traffic through PPC advertising and monitor conversion performance.
* Act as the marketing subject matter expert in sales meetings and during internal business updates.
* Support the sales team with tailored content and collateral for customer-facing meetings.
* Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
* Coordinate critical customer touchpoints, including price change communications and direct email newsletters.

Requirements
* Proven experience in a B2B marketing environment, ideally working closely with sales teams.
* Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
* Experience creating digital and print campaigns/collateral that align with a core marketing strategy.
* Hands‑on expertise with email automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp) to build end‑to‑end customer lifecycle programs.
* Ability to work with CRM databases to extract, segment, and create targeted customer datasets.
* Background in managing external creative agencies to deliver high‑quality content and design.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced business.
* Proven track record of working from initiative to meet specific objectives and briefs.
* Understanding of audience segmentation and its application to high‑impact marketing communications.
