We are seeking a highly skilled BIM & Digital Estates Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital estate management across the Trust.
What we’re looking for:
1. Degree in construction or equivalent experience.
2. Expertise in BIM, CAD, and digital estate management within UK construction/healthcare sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, Building Safety Act, and compliance frameworks.
4. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and CMMS/CAFM systems.
5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Your day to day will include:
6. Develop and implement Trust-wide BIM and digital estate policies aligned with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework.
7. Lead integration of BIM into estate strategy, capital programmes, and sustainability initiatives.
8. Manage budgets, procurement, and governance for digital estate technologies.
9. Oversee BIM requirements in capital projects and ensure seamless handover of digital data.
10. Act as BIM Champion, delivering training and driving adoption across teams.
