UKROEd and The Road Safety Trust are looking for a talented Digital Content Creator to help shape how we communicate with the public, our partners and the wider road safety community. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful work with social purposeâwhile joining a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
đĄ Who We Are
UKROEd delivers and manages the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) on behalf of UK police forces, helping to educate drivers who commit low-level traffic offences. All surplus funds from this work are donated to The Road Safety Trust, the UKâs largest independent road safety grant-making charity. Together, weâre focused on reducing road harm and achieving a future where nobody is killed or seriously injured on our roads.

đ„ The Role
Weâre searching for someone who loves creating digital content in all formsâvideo, graphics, social media, podcasts, animations and more. Youâll be the creative lead for a wide range of projects across both organisations, helping us connect with practitioners, police forces, road safety experts, and the wider public. Your work will support our strategic communications plans and help amplify the voices, research, and life-saving work happening across the road safety sector.

What Youâll Do
* Produce high-quality content for websites, newsletters, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
* Plan, record and edit podcasts, video interviews, animations and infographics
* Create engaging campaign visuals, banners and promotional graphics
* Update and optimise website content while maintaining SEO best practice
* Track engagement and analytics, turning data into real-world recommendations
* Support brand consistency across both organisations
* Bring fresh creative ideas, explore new tools, and stay up-to-date with digital trends
* Build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
â What Youâll Bring
* Experience producing digital content for social media and websites
* Strong skills in video editing, podcast production, and/or animation
* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress or similar
* Ability to tailor tone and style for different audiences
* Great organisational skills and confidence juggling multiple projects
* Understanding of accessibility standards and GDPR in digital content
* A curious, creative mindsetâwith openness to new tech and AI-powered tools
