If you can communicate clearly, stay composed, and take charge of a group, well support you with everything else - including training, guidance, and the chance to gain school experience before you begin.
You’ll be stepping into classrooms to ensure learning continues when teachers are absent.
Responsibilities
* Delivering structured lessons using pre-set materials
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
* Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way
* Following school systems and expectations
* Feeding back to teaching staff after lessons
