Role Purpose
Manage Integrated Communications Planning for Danone UK&I Plant Based (PB) brands, delivering highly effective marketing campaigns and always‑on activity TTL. Lead project management using Wrike to ensure best practice is applied where relevant and that comms are activated on time, under budget and with maximum efficiency.
Key Activities
* Implementing and managing the ICP process, which means ensuring teams and agencies are clear on the process, the templates and working with the Planning Manager and Experience team to ensure all key steps are being followed and planned with excellence to drive to the best, integrated output
* Campaign project management of UKI key communications initiatives for your category which includes
* Supporting cross‑agency and cross‑functional weekly squad meetings to co‑ordinate all parties and workstreams, including driving agencies, minutes & actions
* Ensure project timeline is being managed at every step within Wrike & actions/minutes captured.
* Managing the flow of the project through each stage of planning from brief through to post campaign review
* Making sure activation plans are integrated across touchpoints, including shopper + digital commerce.
* Ensuring clear KPIs are in place across all touchpoints, with regular reporting and optimisation
* Ultimately ensuring all projects are delivered right first time, on time, in budget
* Support in championing within the ICM team the production process and link to our in house production team to ensure SOW is scheduled & delivered.
* Supporting comms governance within the category which includes collating feedback after x‑agency presentations, leading CCM meetings & ensuring key stakeholders are engaged to review and sign off plans at each step of ICP
About you

* Highly skilled in cross‑functional and cross‑agency project management, including track record leading 360 activation from brief to post activation review.
* Functional competencies
* Ability to deliver powerful creative ideas
* Can unlock media touch point opportunities
* Can unlock power of digital and data
* Solid understanding of the production process of media assets
* Strong project management skills with demonstrable skillset in agile project management methodologies within marketing, media or content production environments, as well as experience of using a PM tool such as Wrike or equivalent.

Salary Bracket
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum, with bonus & benefits.
