We are seeking a committed and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a group of welcoming and inclusive primary schools within the Eccles area. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, working closely with staff to enhance teaching, learning, and pupil development. As an HLTA within these Eccles schools, you will be responsible for delivering planned lessons and targeted interventions across a range of subjects, supporting pupils with diverse needs to help them achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with class teachers to raise levels of attainment and engagement, lead small group learning, and provide whole‑class cover where required. A key part of the role also involves contributing to the wider school community and supporting the pastoral needs of pupils. Candidates should hold HLTA status or an equivalent recognised qualification and have proven experience within a primary education setting. Strong communication skills, a proactive and nurturing approach, and the ability to work effectively with staff, pupils, and parents are essential.
