The Role: You'll handle a varied caseload of high-quality employment work, primarily focused on respondent matters for the firm's commercial client base. Matters include: Unfair and wrongful dismissal Redundancy and restructuring Corporate support and TUPE Discrimination, bullying and harassment Restrictive covenants and contractual disputes General advisory and day-to-day HR/employment issues While immigration experience would be advantageous, it's not essential.
