Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a leading local business, to recruit for a Senior Administrator, to join their team in Cookstown on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business on a full-time basis, working with clients throughout the UK and ROI.
The Senior Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for upholding communication between various internal departments and providing an initial point of contact for clients of the business.
Duties of this role include:
1. Managing internal systems by maintaining customer accounts, uploading documents, attaching quotations, and updating orders.
2. Providing the main point of contact for clients via phone/email, managing inboxes, and acquiring essential information for job quoting, alongside delivering exemplary customer service.
3. Assisting with the preparation of quotations, providing detailed cost information to clients and liaising with internal departments to confirm requests.
4. Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.
5. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £28000- £31000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, and on-site parking available. Wider benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
