Job Summary
Westbrook Medical Centre is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team. We care for approximately 10,000 patients and deliver high‑quality patient‑centred care within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Routine GP consultations
* Telephone and online consultations
* Home visits where appropriate
* Participation in practice meetings and clinical governance activities
* Supporting the ongoing development of high‑quality patient services
Qualifications
Essential
* Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration and licence to practice
* Included on the NHS Performers List
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Good organisational and time‑management skills
* Commitment to professional development and clinical governance
Desirable
* Experience using SystemOne
* Interest in service development or a clinical special interest
* Experience supervising or teaching trainees/students
* Understanding of QOF and wider NHS primary care priorities
