About the role
Creative Support is a dynamic, national organisation offering training and development opportunities for staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant individual to join our Creative Academy, where we support the most talented and dedicated social care staff with their personal professional development, enabling them to enhance their skills and inspire them to support people who use our services in practical, compassionate and person-centred ways. This is a key senior administrative role within the organisation, based at our Head Office in Stockport Town Centre. You will forge links with our training offices and staff throughout the country, ensuring a standardised approach to the implementation and delivery of training programmes.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and standardisation of training programmes across the organisation, collaborating with training offices and staff nationwide.
* Serve as a senior administrative contributor to the Creative Academy, supporting professional development initiatives for social care staff.
* Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with regional offices, team members, and stakeholders.
* Travel nationally, work flexibly, and stay informed about regional and national Health and Social Care policy.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and a bright, focused approach.
* Ability to travel nationally and operate across multiple sites; knowledge of Health and Social Care policy is desirable.
* Health and social care background and/or training background; strong IT and literacy skills.
* Fixed-term contract for 9 months with the possibility to extend up to 12 months.
* Based at Creative Support Head Office, Stockport.
