We're looking for a HR Advisor to join our People team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be based from our Milton Keynes office with weekly travel to sites and compounds throughout Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Due to the travel requirements we require all candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Working with line managers and supervisors, you will resolve day to day issues and implement good people management practices, setting high standards of service. You will assist in supporting formal grievances and disciplinary situations – assessing risk, supporting line managers with investigations and liaising with relevant colleagues in both the EKFB project and parent company HR Teams on complex matters. Being pro-active in communicating key HR activities and processes to all staff, including running briefing sessions, is an essential aspect of this role.
