Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our client’s residential service in Sutton, supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
1. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service in line with company policies and procedures
2. Deliver person-centred care that meets both service user needs and business objectives
3. Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation
4. Lead and support staff through training, supervision, and development
5. Manage staffing levels and resource planning to ensure consistent, high-quality care
6. Facilitate referrals, assessments, and service visits for prospective residents
7. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
8. Support service users with medical needs and behaviour management strategies
9. Participate in on-call duties and provide flexible support across the service
Qualification and Experience:
10. Experience as a Registered Manager or extensive residential management experience
11. Level 5 RMA (preferred) and minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
12. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
13. Proven reliability and a flexible, professional approach
14. Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
15. Confidence in managing complex situations and multi-agency relationships
