You will assist a SEND child by providing general classroom support as well as being able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you’ll need to be level 4 qualified in childcare or education, with a proactive and supportive attitude.
