Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a production operatives for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent position.
This will be working day shift only Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
* Operate woodworking machinery and equipment to shape, cut, and finish wooden components.
* Assemble wooden parts according to design specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
* Apply finishes, coatings, or treatments to enhance the appearance and durability of wood products.
* Properly package finished goods for shipping, preventing damage during transit.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and address challenges.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in woodworking or a related field.
* Familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
