Ofsted Registered Manager for a 3-Bed EBD Children's Care Home in Oldham
Location: Oldham
Salary: £47,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonuses
Setting: 3-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) Children's Residential Home
Are you an experienced Registered Manager passionate about transforming the lives of young people?
We are seeking a dedicated, values-led Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed EBD children's home in Oldham. You will join a supportive, growing provider committed to delivering outstanding, trauma-informed care for young people aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Build and empower a nurturing, resilient team that promotes positive outcomes for young people.
Create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people feel heard, valued, and supported.
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes.
Develop strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience managing a children's residential home.
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding, and children's residential care regulations.
A child-centred leader with excellent communication, resilience, and motivational skills.
Commitment to delivering trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
