Job Description
Key responsibilities of a Senior Credit Controller:
3. Manage the full credit control cycle, including credit risk assessment, invoicing, and collections
4. Effectively managing customer payments
5. Liaise with customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans
6. Prepare regular reports on aged debt analysis for senior management
7. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support credit policies and procedures
8. Identify and escalate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate action
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Credit Controller will have:
9. Proven experience as a Credit Controller
10. Strong knowledge of credit control processes and relevant legislation
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
12. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure
13. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
14. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
15. Confident in dealing with challenging customers and situations
