Position Summary
The role supports Quality Control testing activities by performing essential laboratory maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a versatile position covering all general lab maintenance areas—such as bacteria recovery, stock control, media preparation—as well as some testing of raw materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of bacterial cultures
* Testing of product accessories (e.g., dosing heads)
* Manufacture of agar media
* Monitoring and replenishing laboratory stock
* Conducting environmental monitoring in production areas
* Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment
* Equipment calibration
* Proper waste disposal
* Performing any additional duties within the scope of the role
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear and open communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team
* Flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt to workload demands
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
