1. Devising and agreeing communication calendars for external and internal communications
2. Drafting and finalising written comms for external and internal use, in accordance with the comms calendars
3. Producing high-quality multimedia content that engages our target audiences and supports our marketing efforts and campaigns
4. Creating tailored communications for customer engagement, including newsletters, product updates, blog posts and other customer-focused materials
5. Creating tailored communications for employee engagement, including newsletters, mailers, blog posts and other employee-focused materials
6. Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style, and quality across all content outputs
7. Driving our social media presence through targeted and thoughtful use of platforms for content distribution and reputation-building
