Senior Product Owner within the Connections Product team to transform Great Britain's energy system.
Contract Details
* Duration: 6 months
* Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 1 day in office)
* Rate: £550 per day (umbrella)

Responsibilities
* Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders to understand needs and keep them engaged.
* Drive Product Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain the product roadmap and translate requirements into intuitive user stories and features with clear acceptance criteria.
* Customer‑Centric Focus: Foster a data‑driven prioritization approach, keeping customer experience at the heart of decisions.
* Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, including refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to keep the team aligned.
* User Acceptance Testing: Support the team during UAT and ensure successful release signoffs.
* Training and Support: Identify training needs with the change team to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders.
* Engagement & Communication: Conduct workshops and presentations, effectively communicating product roadmaps and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
* A passion for enhancing the customer journey for Connections customers.
* A proven track record as a Product Owner managing digital platforms.
* Technical background rather than purely business.
* Strong communication skills to articulate product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
* Experience in complex regulated environments.
