Location: Chelmsford | Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE | Full-Time, Office-Based
We are working with a well-regarded RIBA Chartered Practice to recruit an Architectural Technician for their expanding team based in Chelmsford. Key Requirements:
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural practice
*
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
*
Proven ability to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications

Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and compliance standards
*
Experience working on residential projects desirable
*
Ability to manage workload efficiently and contribute to a team environment
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem solving
