Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we’ll support your development and success. This is an office-based role in Orpington, with the option to work remotely once minimum performance targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities * Source, screen, and place high-quality healthcare professionals into NHS and private sector roles. * Conduct detailed pre-screening to identify top-tier candidates. * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. * Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement. * Maintain compliance with framework and client standards. * Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
