Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through a range of sales activities including cold calling, in-person meetings, and networking. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Generate accurate quotes, maintain up-to-date records, and log all activity in the CRM system. Attend client appointments to present company products and services, delivering an excellent customer experience. Provide ongoing support to new customers during the onboarding period, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying upselling opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to drive long-term business growth. Requirements Proven track record in new business field sales or commercial business development. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously. Full UK driving licence (essential).
