Contract Lead Project Controller

SC Clearance is essential + Non dual nationality (Due to the classification of the project)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated security cleared Lead Project Controller to provide leadership and expertise across a complex engineering programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust planning, scheduling, governance, risk management and performance reporting, contributing directly to the successful delivery of critical engineering projects

Essential Requiremen
* tsExpert-level proficiency in Primavera P
* 6.Extensive and demonstrable experience in Project Controls, Planning and Project Management methodologies, including Agile, within large-scale and complex engineering programme
* s.Proven experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in schedule developme
* ntExperience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SAP Business Object
* s.Strong understanding of all project lifecycle phases, particularly initiation, planning and executio
* n.Demonstrated expertise in Schedule Risk Analysis methodologies, including risk identification, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and recommendation of mitigation action
* s.Previous experience in coaching, mentoring or leading project controls team
