This role involves managing one of their products, supporting both customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, and staying at the forefront of industry advancements to advise on new product development.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, getting stuck into hardware testing, and supporting a wide variety of technology used across transport and safety-critical environments.

Strong interest in hardware/electronics
Confident troubleshooting and analytical skills
Clear communicator comfortable supporting customers
Keen to learn complex hardware systems
Degree in electronics/engineering OR hands-on practical experience (graduates accepted)
