Job Title: Digital Business Change Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme within a large-scale transmission and digital environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business readiness and user adoption across a portfolio of digital initiatives, including IT, OT, and Cyber programmes.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, ensuring the successful delivery and embedding of change across multiple projects, while supporting leaders and stakeholders through transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of integrated digital business change plans across multiple initiatives
* Develop and communicate a clear change narrative, articulating the value and impact of transformation programmes
* Drive business readiness and ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, including HR where changes impact roles or structures
* Align change activity across portfolios, programmes, and projects to ensure a consistent approach
* Take ownership of both strategic planning and operational delivery of change activities
* Maximise usage and adoption of digital platforms and tools
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in digital business change management within complex, enterprise-scale environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience delivering change across multiple programmes or portfolios simultaneously
* Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
* Strong focus on user adoption and embedding change
Essential:
* Recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
Additional Information
* Hybrid working model with a 50/50 split between onsite (Scotland locations) and remote working
