Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking top talent to join us during an exciting phase of our growth as a market leader committed to enhancing customer experience. This role involves regional collaboration with a primary focus on acquiring and developing revenue streams from major customers in the Mechanical and Engineering sectors.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with low-level access, pipe jointing equipment, and other sector-specific equipment, along with strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement performance management processes for the PA Sales team to enhance capability, call activity, and area growth.
* Develop and manage a regional project pipeline to foster new business across relevant sales channels and sectors.
* Collaborate with the National Accounts team to increase the share of wallet within national accounts for powered access solutions.
* Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Sunbelt Rentals' innovative working-at-height solutions, including telematics, access control, and material handling attachments, focusing on safety, service, sustainability, and cost savings.
* Develop and coordinate training programs to boost product knowledge and safety awareness, creating trusted advisors across sales channels and hire desks.
* Align marketing campaigns and collateral with new and underutilized products and services.
* Identify new markets and underpenetrated sectors, devising strategies to increase market share.
* Develop pricing systems and controls to enhance governance, discounting, and ROI.
* Promote cross-selling opportunities across all divisions of Sunbelt Rentals.
