Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) - Patcham Nursing Home, Brighton, East Sussex £25.25 per hour Enhanced Weekend Rates ⏰ 40 Hours per Week (Approximately 24 clinical hours and 16 supernumerary/office-based hours) Lead Exceptional Care in a Specialist Nursing Environment Patcham Nursing Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our dedicated team. Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care every day. Key Responsibilities As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams Lead by example, promoting excellence in person-centred care Oversee medication management, audits and clinical governance processes Support the development and review of care plans and risk assessments Monitor and maintain high clinical standards throughout the home Lead shifts and support effective staffing and resource allocation Mentor, supervise and develop nursing and care staff Promote best practice in wound care, PEG feeding, catheter care and complex clinical interventions Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, CQC regulations and company policies Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development About You We're looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical skills with a supportive leadership style.
