Must Have’s

* Experience managing social media campaigns or using survey software
So what will you be doing?
* Supporting Project Managers on fieldwork projects from start to finish
* Attending client calls and taking notes (with scope to lead in future)
* Setting up project documents, schedules, forms, and reports
* Running creative participant recruitment campaigns
* Calling and assessing potential research participants
* Tracking applications and building participant profiles
* Keeping documentation organised and accurate
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and high data standards
* Attending in-person research in cities like London, Manchester, and Birmingham
* Hybrid working: After onboarding, work 2–3 days a week in the office
* Training & development opportunities (grow into a Project Manager role!)
* Industry-recognised accreditations
* Employee of the Month awards
* Able to work from Cheltenham office 3–4 days per week for the first 3 months
