About the Role
Join our dynamic Resorts leadership team as a pivotal force in managing both internal teams and external service providers. Your mission? To ensure that all planned and reactive works across our stunning resort facilities—entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscaped areas—are executed to the highest standards.
This role is all about coordination and control, delivering prompt, efficient, and top-notch service. You’ll ensure compliance with current statutory legislation while actively seeking opportunities to enhance our processes and procedures.
As a champion for your team’s fulfillment, you’ll conduct regular one-on-ones and personal development plan discussions to support their growth and career aspirations at Butlin’s. You’ll manage your budget meticulously, driving your team to meet KPIs based on sales and costs, while regularly reviewing performance to identify opportunities and risks. Collaboration with our Operational Teams will be key as you project guest demand and team requirements.

About You
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with a robust operational background in hard facilities management across various specialisms. Your credible experience in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, leading large teams, will be invaluable in managing the day-to-day operations of our bustling resort.
You should possess the ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even during peak demand periods. Your knack for managing multiple priorities and adapting swiftly to changing requirements will set you apart. With a blend of permanent team members and contractors, your focus will be on delivering exceptional standards.
Strong leadership skills are essential, as you’ll inspire your team to achieve outstanding results for both our teams and guests every single day.
