Inspire Resouring are seeking a Production Operative for this permenant role based in Chesterfield. Reporting to the Team Supervisor, this position works closely with colleagues across Production, Operations, and Technical departments. The role involves preparing, weighing, and mixing materials to create finished products that meet required specifications and quality standards. Once completed, batches are transferred to the next stage of the production process. The role also includes setting up and shutting down equipment and supporting the smooth operation of production lines.
