Responsibilities
* Assist in direct engagement and delivery of activity sessions for children and young people across the city.
* Apply flexibility in approach to dealing with difficult situations, work with sensitive and confidential information, and work well under pressure.
* Adapt working hours to meet the demands of service users, working on average 2–3 evenings per week.
* Undertake other reasonably determined duties and responsibilities within the directorate commensurate with the grading of the post.
Qualifications
Experience of working with children and young people in youth work settings is required. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, ability to handle sensitive information, work under pressure, and willingness to work flexible hours.
