This is a vital role involving the technical inspection, maintenance, and improvement of housing stock and public buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of surveying duties, including planned and responsive repairs, void property inspections, disrepair cases, damp investigations, and capital investment works. Building Surveyor Key Responsibilities Include: Conducting pre-, during-, and post-work inspections for repairs, void reinstatement, and investment projects. Preparing clear and accurate technical specifications for works to domestic and public buildings. Diagnosing building defects and recommending effective remedial solutions.
