* Manage Risks Effectively: Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. You will be working on a rolling 5 week rota, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm on a 4 week rolling rota. This includes lates, weekends and bank holidays. This role will be based in the Truro area.
Skills
* Have an understanding of support needs and support planning.
* Have experience of risk assessing and risk management.
* Be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport.
* Have accurate record keeping and computer skills.
* Confident in lone working and be a good team player.
* Have a flexible working approach to work.
* Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Be resilient and adaptable.
* Have an open, friendly personality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
