Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Northampton. In this role, you will carry out robust assessments, manage complex child protection cases, and work closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure children are safe and supported. You’ll play a vital role in delivering timely interventions, progressing care plans, and achieving positive outcomes for children at risk of harm.
About You
1. Social Work England registered
2. 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE
3. Experienced in child protection, safeguarding, and statutory interventions
4. Skilled in managing risk and making sound professional judgments
5. A confident communicator and team collaborator
6. Committed to best practice and continuous development
