What You’ll Do
Day‑to‑Day Operations
Lead set‑up, service and breakdown for conferences and banquets.
Ensure rooms are correctly laid out, equipped and spotless.
Coordinate with key departments to deliver smooth events.
Manage staffing, rotas, timesheets and presentation standards.
Oversee linen, equipment and cleanliness; resolve issues quickly.
Anticipate guest needs and handle escalations.
You’ll Be Great In This Role If You Have
Supervisory experience in large‑scale events, conferences or banqueting.
A hands‑on leadership style, calm, organised and solutions‑focused under pressure.
Sharp communication skills and a passion for memorable guest experiences.
Strong knowledge of H&S and hygiene requirements; confident with SOPs and controls.
Competence with event documentation, room diagrams and basic systems; payroll/rotas experience is a plus.
