Are you a high-performing sales professional with proven experience selling into surgical settings and partnering directly with surgeons? We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join a market-leading organisation in the surgical, plastic surgery, and reconstruction space.
About the Role
In this field-based position, you will spend 3–4 days per week on the road, building strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre staff, and clinical stakeholders. You will represent a diverse and innovative product portfolio, offering best-in-class solutions that set the standard in surgical and reconstructive procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive territory sales and deliver growth across a varied surgical product range.
2. Provide exceptional customer service with a strong focus on surgeon support.
3. Educate and train surgeons and clinical teams on the placement and use of devices.
4. Conduct in-theatre support, demonstrations, and product training sessions.
5. Build long-term partnerships to strengthen brand loyalty and clinical confidence.
