Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Riversmeet Veterinary Practice - Tamworth, Staffordshire
Job Type: Permanent. Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, weekends consist of one Saturday morning in 6 (8.30am - 1pm) and one whole Saturday in 6 (8.30am- 5pm). No OOH.

Responsibilities
* We see a varied caseload of routine and more advanced primary care services including orthopaedic surgery, laparoscopic spay and laparoscopic biopsy, soft tissue surgery, eye, heart, and skin treatments, arthritis management and cancer treatment. We also offer referral services in ophthalmology.
* At Riversmeet, your days will be varied with a mix of routine, advanced and ECC cases. We believe in case continuity and building strong client relationships. Regular Vet meetings ensure plenty of opportunities for support, discussion, and knowledge-sharing.
Team and culture
We’re a close, long-standing team with 9 Veterinary Surgeons, including a certificate holder in Ophthalmology, with others working towards Surgery, ECC, and Acupuncture. Investment in your professional development is actively encouraged and supported. Excellent facilities include multiple theatres, imaging and endoscopy equipment across sites.
