Responsibilities
* Lead with impact: support the Senior Nurse in Neonates to drive operational excellence and strategic development.
* Inspire and empower a dedicated team, mentoring staff with compassion, adaptability, and professionalism.
* Champion quality improvement and change management initiatives to enhance care for small and vulnerable patients.
* Maintain clinical visibility and credibility while influencing service delivery at a strategic level.
* Collaborate with a strong perinatal team and promote integrated, family-centred care across Maternity Services and Paediatrics.
Qualifications
* Qualified and experienced Neonatal Nurse with a proven track record in team leadership and service development.
* Natural communicator with empathy, resilience, and the ability to manage staff with professionalism.
* Problem-solver and innovator who thrives on autonomy and driving positive change.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable with a proactive approach to leadership.
